Ageing

Those of you who are still young don’t think much about it. But those who are older think a lot about it.

It happens to everyone and everything, and yet we often spend fortunes to give the appearance that it’s not affecting us, but that’s only on the outside.

What about on the inside where we can’t see?

• Will you botox that?
• Will you get a ‘tuck’ there?
• Will you apply the latest moisturiser, hair remove, exfoliator, hair style and cut in there?
• Will you go out and by the trendiest label for your liver, heart and kidneys?

You know you really age from the inside out, you can polish your paint job all you like, but what about inside where you sit?

Are you sitting on a pile of crap that will eventually ooze out?

What will you do then?

Unless you service the inside, your ‘vehicle’ – your body, will just stop, and eventually your wheels will fall off.

What madness to just polish the outside when the inside is neglected and full of old ‘big macs’. Neglect the inside and you will age, nothing surer – that’s for sure!

Service the inside and polish the outside and you won’t – that’s for sure
