Thinking – Awareness – R&R

Do you think? Do you think often? Do you think then, that today is the day?

Then tomorrow do the same!

  • Do this thinking produce anything new?
  • Does this thinking make you and those around you happy?
  • When you think, is it real or is it dead?
  • When you think, is it about out there, or in here?
     
  • If you think negative, can you feel it?
  • If you think positive, can you feel it?
  • If you think somewhere in between, do you get confused?

Questions, questions, questions – and all will make you think. Then all will make you feel.

A timeline:

  • 1-2 years of life: not much thinking, but generally happy and joyous
  • 2-10 years of life: more thinking and still happy, but joy nearly gone
  • 10-20 years of life: lots of thinking, joy gone. Now happy and sad together
  • 20-30 years of life: not much thinking, but lots of hangovers
  • 30-40 years of life: the rise of hangovers and thinking about getting each other’s clothes off
  • 40-50 years of life: thinking rising again with lots of unhappy and regrets mixed with euphoric memories
  • 50-60 years of life: thinking back full-bore now mixed up with memories
  • 60-70 years of life: like a 2 year old again. Who gives a shit.
  • 70 years of life onwards: there’s more, but you don’t know what!

Searching, searching, searching. Do you think you need to think so much? It’s tiring…

How about becoming AWARE!

Become aware of what you think about. So that then, you can either change this thinking or stop it.

So that finally you can get some Rest & Relaxation.
